At Faith Endures by Dev, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used, opened, or tested items. Returns must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging with all promotional items and accessories included.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will happily offer a replacement or store credit for any damaged or incorrect items.

Please note that any promotional items included with your order must also be returned. If a promotional item is missing, its value will be deducted from your refund. For your protection, please return items via prepaid, insured shipping to ensure they arrive safely.
